About this policy

This policy describes how information is handled when you visit www.sysvoid.com, shop our collection, or contact sysVoid. The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce, with Printful for made-to-order production and fulfillment.

Information you provide

When you place an order, we receive information needed to process it, such as your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, items ordered, order total, and any phone number or order notes you provide. If you have a store account, we also retain your account details and order history.

The Contact form requests your name, email address, subject, and message. Information in a support request is used to answer the request and investigate any order issue. Please do not include passwords, full payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How information is used

Order and contact information is used to process purchases, calculate shipping, arrange fulfillment, provide customer support, keep transaction records, and help prevent misuse or fraud. Technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and server logs may be processed to operate and secure the website.

Payments and fulfillment

Payment information is processed by the payment services shown at checkout, including WooPayments and its payment partners. We receive transaction information needed to manage orders and refunds. Full card numbers and card security codes are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as part of a WooCommerce order. Optional express checkout services are also subject to their own privacy notices.

Relevant order details, including the products ordered and delivery contact information, are shared with Printful and shipping providers to produce and deliver your order. Destination information is also used to calculate shipping rates. Service providers process information under their own applicable privacy policies.

Cookies and embedded services

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar browser storage for functions such as login sessions, shopping carts, and checkout. Embedded payment services may also use cookies and technical identifiers for payment processing and fraud prevention. Browser settings let you manage cookies, but blocking necessary cookies can prevent cart, login, or checkout features from working.

Reviews and comments

If you submit a product review or comment, the information you enter may be displayed publicly with your chosen name. WordPress can also retain the submission, its metadata, IP address, and browser information for moderation and spam prevention. Avoid putting private information in public reviews.

Retention

The store currently has no automatic deletion schedule configured for order records or inactive accounts. These records may remain until manually removed. Support correspondence and technical records may also be retained for support, security, and recordkeeping. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements.

Access, corrections, and deletion requests

Use our Contact page to ask about personal information, request a correction, or request access or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
